Today I went in just looking around for my cat, and when deciding on a toy for me.muffins Marissa came to ask if I needed anything. I was so delighted to meet her and the help she provided was awesome!! She was able to point me to non toxic food and safe toys, simce I was concerned about what could happen if ingested. She kept a very delightful attitude and smiled the whole time answering all my questions. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Killeen! Marissa and Vicki went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. It's rare to get this level of customer service anywhere these days. The store was clean and well-stocked too. Miss April at Pet Supplies Plus is amazing! She always takes such great care of my pup, especially his long hair. He comes home looking so handsome, soft, and happy every time. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your pet!

We’ve had such a great experience with April at Pet Supplies Plus! She does an amazing job grooming our senior dog, Beau. Grooming can make him pretty anxious, but this was his second visit with April and he did so well both times. It’s such a relief knowing he’s comfortable and in good hands. She always does a fantastic job, and he comes home looking handsome and smelling absolutely amazing. We definitely recommend April to anyone looking for a patient, caring, and talented groomer!

I bring my five small dogs in for grooming twice a month for a bath and nails cut. I always tell them to take there time because they always take good care of my small dogs. I normally spend between 270 to 450 dollars on dog grooming services and about 200 to 300 dollars on dog food every month from the W Stan Schlueter location. On Saterday I had pulled a triple shift in to sunday morning at work and missed my schedule time. My mom took the dogs in like always and knowing they always can fit them in. An if not I always have no problem rescheduling since i only live 5 minutes from this location. Then i was told by my mom she was Rudely informed that a late fee would be charged next time we bring the dogs in late. I was told by my mom it was the store manager and not even the groomer. I could not believe what I was being told. My mom was so upset and embarrassed she did not feel comfortable going back to that location anymore. I did not understand why a store manager would treat a steady customer like that. Now I have to take my dogs to petsmart groomers 20 minutes away. What a shame that a store would throw away a Relationship like this. Sorry miss April my dogs lola, Rosie, flip-
